- I booked a room through Booking.com for a stay from the 13th to the 16th april Since my flight on the 16th was at midnight, I requested a late check-out. However, the hotel informed me that I would be charged for an entire extra night, which I found unreasonable. As a result, I decided to check out on the 15th instead.I then requested a refund for the unused night and asked to receive the refund in cash, as I had originally paid in cash. Unfortunately, the hotel refused and insisted on a bank transfer. Since I am not a Pakistani citizen, I do not have a local bank account, and using my international bank account would incur high transaction fees—possibly leaving me with little to no refund after the charges.I again requested to receive the refund in cash, but the reception staff declined, citing hotel policy. I then asked to speak with the General Manager, but they also refused this request.While the overall experience at the hotel was otherwise satisfactory, this situation left me extremely disappointed. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

All was good, but staff retained the CNICs of the guests which is highly unprofessional act, some one officially come to visit and Staff retained CNIC of the guest. So embarrassing. Second things Washrooms are not spacious.

It was a very great place to stay, and the ambiance and infrastructure of the hotel were absolutely breathtaking! The services are very efficient, and the staff was so cooperative especially Mr. Usama, it was a great experience to stay in that hotel

everything was up to mark as i was upgraded my room from deluxe to sweet of course free of cost.staff was kind along person at reception.they really do care their customers and thats what make this hotel one mean it,,,,,,breakfast was nice too.

30 Minutes from Airport, straight road.Cooperative staff, specially Sohail in the night was a smooth check in. Similarly Ambreen during check out was very cooperative.Sehri buffet was also good.All in all a good experience.

The stay was good. Especially staff and services were good. The housekeeping supervisor provided good services and also thanked the front office team Especially Mr. Hasnain for good services
